CoralPay Technology (Nigeria) Limited has completed the Surveillance – 01 audit and has received a favourable recommendation to continue ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Certification that specifies requirements for Information Technology – Service Management (ITMS). 

The scope of the management system includes the “Designed to Cover all Aspects of our Operations and Administration with Consideration for the Future Expansion and Development of the CoralPay Payment Gateway Platform (C’Gate), the Biller Aggregation Platform (BAP) and CoralPay Octoplus Switching & Payment Processing Platform.”
