Dar Al Atta’a Association achieved third position in the fifth iteration of the Khaled Al-Essa Al-Saleh Award for Institutional Excellence.

The ceremony for the awards took place with the support of Dr. Amthal Al-Huwailah, who is the Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood in Kuwait, and was arranged by the Union of Charitable Societies, featuring representatives from different charitable groups across the Gulf area.

The accolade is regarded as one of the most esteemed recognitions, honoring the exceptional contributions of charitable and humanitarian organizations in Kuwait, the Gulf area, and the Arab world.

It acts as a groundbreaking example in advancing philanthropic efforts and encouraging humanitarian principles within communities.

On this occasion, Ms. Mariam bint Issa Al Zadjali, Founder and Chairperson of the Association, expressed her delight with this achievement, emphasising that the recognition reflects the association’s commitment to adopting best practices in management and quality standards.

She highlighted that the association has received ISO 9001 certification for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management Moreover, the Oman Centre for Governance and Sustainability has certified Dar Al Atta’a as the first voluntary charity organization with governance certification.

This accomplishment reinforces the association’s leadership in utilizing cutting-edge technologies and applying superior standards to strengthen its humanitarian endeavors and carry out its admirable purpose.
